Flor Reza (she/her/hers) joined DePaul University in September 2021 as a Student Retention Specialist in the Academic Continuity and Engagement (ACE) Department. In her role, she focuses on supporting sophomore students with historically marginalized identities through success coaching to promote academic, personal, and professional success.
Prior to her role, Flor worked as a Graduate Intern at Loyola University Chicago’s Student Diversity and Multicultural Affairs office where she supported retention efforts for Womxn of Color identified students. Flor has a B.S. in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a M.A. in Higher Education Leadership from Northeastern Illinois University.
