Flor Reza (she/her/hers) serves as the Program Manager for the Latinx Cultural Center. In her role, she focuses on creating programs that help foster a sense of belonging for Latinx students. Flor is excited to support students and create programs that display the diversity of the Latinx community.
Flor joined DePaul University in September 2021 as a Student Retention Specialist in the Academic Continuity and Engagement (ACE) Department. Prior to her time at DePaul, Flor worked as a Graduate Intern at Loyola University Chicago’s Student Diversity and Multicultural Affairs office where she supported retention efforts for Womxn of Color identified students. Flor has a B.S. in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a M.A. in Higher Education Leadership from Northeastern Illinois University.
