International Freshmen enrollments went up about 5% (from 89 to 94) from Fall 2021 to Fall 2022. India, China, and Vietnam were all up year over year, while Pakistan dipped slightly. Most other countries stayed relatively the same.

More than 400 students have already studied abroad this academic year, including 130 in Fall 22 or Academic Year programs and 271 in 20 short-term programs led by 34 DePaul faculty. We have 45 students abroad right now.

For the Academic Year 2022-23, we sent 3 students abroad on academic year exchange programs, and 8 students for Fall programs only (to Australia, France and Japan). We also welcomed 29 inbound exchange students to DePaul from 12 different programs with the largest groups coming from Sciences Po and Atlantis programs.
