Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (Affinity Groups) provide a vital service to DePaul. Uniting around common culture, cause or interest, these groups serve as an important resource to the DePaul community and OIDE. These groups include but are not limited to:

BUILD Diversity Certificate Program

The BUILD Diversity Certificate program reflects DePaul University's commitment to create a learning culture that values diversity and inclusion. The certification program helps participants develop cultural competencies, offering the tools necessary for linking diversity to organizational and work performance, and connecting the university's Vincentian mission of dignity and respect for all individuals to our core operating business principles. This program may be completed within 18 months, and offers a full range of required and elective courses.

Human Resources Workplace Learning and Development

The DePaul Office of Human Resources' Organizational Development and Workplace Learning (OD-WL) supports employees with professional development and management training, resources and services.
