To ensure that Advancement can facilitate the most productive relationships with foundations and corporations, DePaul faculty, staff and administrators are required by university policy to clear proposal submissions, including letters of intent and pre-proposals, to such organizations with Advancement in advance of submission.
Once cleared both an ORS and Advancement liaison will be appointed to assist you with your submission. If DePaul is participating as a subcontractor on another organization's (i.e. another academic institution, etc.) submission to a private foundation or corporation completion of the clearance form is not required; ORS will work with DePaul PIs on such submissions.
