Office of Research Services Pre-Award staff can assist with proposal development by downloading necessary forms and application guidelines, completing static information on application forms, assisting in the creation of budgets, explaining requirements for submission and electronic research administration, and providing stewardship for your submission as it moves through the institutional review and approval process.
