Deadlines & Meetings

​Full Committee Reviews (FCR)

The IBC convenes monthly throughout the academic year. The IBC may only meet once for Full Committee Review (FCR) during the summer, and only if needed. ONLY protocol submissions requiring FCR need to be submitted by the deadline dates.

IBC meetings are open to the public. If you would like to attend an IBC meeting, please contact Jessica Bloom at 312-362-6168 or by email at jbloom8@depaul.edu, so that we can make appropriate space accommodations.

The next IBC meetings are:

Designated Member Review (DMR)

The IBC conducts review via the DMR process throughout the academic year. The IBC will conduct DMR during the summer, when needed.

Administrative Review (AR)

The IBC conducts Administrative Review all year long including the summer.
