Employee Resource Groups

​​​​​​​​Employee Resource Groups (Affinity Groups) provide a vital service to DePaul and are open to all. These groups serve as an important resource to the DePaul community and cultivate faculty and staff belonging rooted in our Catholic and Vincentian mission. All ERGs are open to all eligible faculty and staff. Participation is voluntary and not limited by race, religion, national origin, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.​ These groups include but are not limited to:​
