Search Launch, Scoping Meetings & Listening Sessions	Fall 2025	The search committee begins its work with Isaacson, Miller by reviewing the opportunities and challenges of the role and developing a detailed position profile. Scoping meetings and listening sessions with university stakeholders and community help inform this profile.
Networking & Candidate Outreach	Fall 2025 – Winter 2026	Isaacson, Miller engages in extensive networking to identify, encourage, and screen prospective candidates. Progress updates are shared regularly with the search committee chairs.
Narrowing the Field	Winter 2026	The search committee reviews candidate materials, considers individuals identified through outreach, and selects a group of semi-finalists for initial interviews.
Finalist Interviews & Campus Visits	Late Winter – Early Spring 2026	Selected finalists will meet with university stakeholders during campus visits. These visits provide opportunities for candidates to engage with the community and for feedback to be gathered.
Selection & Appointment	Spring 2026	Following finalist visits, the university will make a final selection and extend an offer to the chosen candidate.
