The attached guidelines are intended as a resource for identifying, managing, and reporting on program income generated from sponsored projects. Program income is income that is directly generated by a sponsored project or earned as a result of the award during the project's period of performance. Such income needs to be identified and tracked in accordance with federal and other sponsor requirements.
In particular, these guidelines promote DePaul's compliance with the federal requirements concerning program income included in the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 CFR 200.307).
