Campus Security Authorities are asked to complete the Crime Statistic Report Form, now available electronically, shortly after the end of any calendar year in which they were identified as a CSA.
For instance, if identified as a CSA for the 2015 calendar year, that CSA should complete the CSR Form in January of 2016.
