Safety & Security Information Report and Fire Safety Report

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (or The Clery Act) is a federal statute that requires all colleges and universities that participate in federal financial aid programs to keep and disclose information about crime on and near their respective campuses. DePaul University is committed to assisting all members of the DePaul community in providing for their own safety and security. The Annual Safety and Security Information Report and Fire Safety Report is available on the Public Safety website.

A copy of DePaul University's Safety & Security Information Report and Fire Safety Report is available upon request. The report includes statistics about crimes that occurred on campus and public property immediately adjacent to campus. The report includes institutional policies concerning campus security, sexual assault and other matters.
