Thriving Student Fellows
The Office of Institutional Equity & Thriving (OIET) Thriving Student Fellows serve as student partners in advancing DePaul University's Thriving Framework through leadership, inquiry, engagement, and action. Fellows collaborate with university leaders, faculty, staff, and fellow students to identify barriers to thriving, explore opportunities for improvement, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen belonging, engagement, well-being, learning, and success across the university community.
Through a structured fellowship experience, students engage in applied projects that support institutional priorities while developing competencies in systems thinking, collaborative inquiry, partner engagement, solution design, project management, and change leadership. Fellows contribute to projects that advance the conditions for thriving and culminating their experience through a Thriving Impact Project and presentation.
