Welcome to DePaul University's Summer Conference Program. Whether you are looking for a place to host a small meeting for a few days or a conference for several hundred people, the Lincoln Park Student Centers staff will be happy to help you plan a very successful event.
DePaul's Lincoln Park campus is home to all types of conferences, meetings and camps during the summer months. Summer Conferences at DePaul are defined as those events taking place from late June through July 31 that require overnight accommodations. Nestled in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, in the heart of Chicago, the campus is located just minutes from downtown Chicago and is surrounded by shopping, restaurants and residential neighborhoods. Our meeting rooms are fully equipped for your technology needs and can accommodate all types of events from banquets to lectures to meetings. Lincoln Park event spaces and conference rooms are available at the Student Center, Cortelyou Commons and Munroe Hall.
Our modern
residential housing facilities are located on campus just steps away from the meeting rooms, and we can accommodate overnight guests for small groups or groups as large as several hundred people. We offer single and double occupancy sleeping rooms that are air conditioned. All rooms are connected by a shared bathroom, in a suite arrangement.
Rooms are furnished with a bed, desk and closet, and include the following:
- Linen Pack (sheets and a towel)
- Pillow/Pillow Case
- Blanket
- Bar of Soap
- Shampoo
- Trash Can with Liner
Residential buildings include the following amenities:
- Lounges on Each Floor
- Laundry Facilities
- Trash and Recycling Rooms
- Beverage Vending Machines
- Front/Reception Desk
Dining on Campus
Chartwells is the exclusive provider of dining services for DePaul University. They can work with you to provide for your every dining need from elegant catered meals to hot buffet service in the Student Center Dining Area.

Fitness on Campus
The Ray Meyer Fitness and Recreation Center offers the opportunity for conference guests to exercise in DePaul's premiere fitness facility. The Ray Meyer Center offers strength training equipment, basketball courts, a running track, and a swimming pool.
Parking
