DePaul has several event facilities located in both on our Lincoln Park and Loop campuses. DePaul's Student Centers staff can help you
reserve a room for a small group
meeting, or a larger conference. We can even help you plan a
wedding! Our event planning team will help you coordinate event details from pre-event planning to day-of-event production.
The Student Center building in Lincoln Park has rooms available on three floors. In addition, Munroe Hall, the Quad, or the Cortelyou Commons can be reserved for your venue. Our Summer Conference accommodations will give you a chance to enjoy the amenities that Lincoln Park has to offer. On the Loop campus, three audio-enhanced rooms on the 11th floor of DePaul Center can be reserved by the Student Center staff.
Looking for a space other than the Student Center Facilities? Students can check out the reservation info, and staff can use the staff portal.
A full range of audiovisual equipment including video conferencing capabilities is available upon request. We offer complete catering services, as well as coffee, soft drink and snack vending machines at each site.
DePaul offers meeting and reception space to DePaul's departments and recognized student organizations when hosting events or programs open to DePaul students, faculty, or staff who are conducting the business or mission of the university. In addition, members of the larger DePaul community are able to rent space at either campus.
