Loop Conference Services

When meeting participants come to DePaul, they leave the daily work environment behind and enter a setting conducive to a serious intellectual effort. There's really no better place than a university to share knowledge, discuss issues and learn new information. And space is available at a cost well below the current hotel and conference center rates.

Conference Services is ready to meet your meeting or conference needs on the Loop campus with technologically advanced classrooms and meeting rooms. You can select from a variety of seating arrangements. A full range of audiovisual equipment including video conferencing capabilities is available upon request. We offer complete catering services, as well as coffee, soft drink and snack vending machines at each site.

In the Loop, you can choose from several locations in the DePaul Center, Lewis Center, or CDM building. Facilities are available for rental from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on a limited basis Saturday and Sunday.

To advertise on the 1st floor of the DePaul Center for any event or program occurring in the DePaul Center, submit an 8.5 x 11 flyer to the Loop Student Center/Conference Service office, Suite 8003 (8th floor of DePaul Center). On the day of the event, the flyer will be posted in the university-designated event and publicity board located in the 1st floor lobby of the DePaul Center. Space availability may be limited.

You may also submit a request to advertise your event via the digital signs located in the DePaul Center.

The Office of Student Life will have a table and/or easel on the 1st floor of the DePaul Center to advertise programs of interest to students occurring on the 11th floor. This is done only for the day of the event.

Advertising or directional signs for events or programs are not otherwise allowed on the 1st floor of the DePaul Center. This includes items taped to surfaces or floor displays. Postings like these will be removed.
