When meeting participants come to DePaul, they leave the daily work environment behind and enter a setting conducive to a serious intellectual effort. There's really no better place than a university to share knowledge, discuss issues and learn new information. And space is available at a cost well below the current hotel and conference center rates.
Event Services is ready to meet your meeting or conference needs on the Loop campus with technologically advanced classrooms and meeting rooms. You can select from a variety of seating arrangements. A full range of audiovisual equipment including video conferencing capabilities is available upon request. We offer complete catering services, as well as soft drink and snack vending machines at each site.
In the Loop, you can choose from a variety of locations in the DePaul Center, Lewis Center or 14 E. Jackson Daley Building. Facilities are available for rental from 7:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on Saturday/Sunday with an additional building hours extension fee.

Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Evening Hours upon request: 6 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Available with building hours extension fee
Holidays: University Closed
