The Office of Institutional Diversity and Equity at DePaul University plays a pivotal role in advancing the university’s misson-driven commitment to fostering an environment rooted in cultivating environments where everyone can thrive. Guided by Catholic, Vincentian values, OIDE’s work is centered on upholding the human dignity of all while fostering social mobility and transformation. We do this through a holistic approach to fostering student, staff, and faculty success through structural transformation, community care, and cultivating a sense of belonging for all.
