You can use the Personal Information Change process to update your name, Social Security Number, date of birth, marital status and gender. You can make any combination of updates at one time, provided that all required documentation is submitted.
Our staff must review your request and your required documentation before processing the change. Please allow up to two business days for the changes to be reflected in Campus Connect.
Due to its unsecured nature, we cannot accept your form or documentation through email. You can submit your form using the Personal Information Change process on our website, drop it off in person at one of our DePaul Central locations or mail it to our office.
If you are submitting your documents in person, please bring the original versions so that our copies are as readable as possible. If you are mailing in your request, clean, readable copies are acceptable.
Yes, you will be contacted via email when the change has been made in Campus Connect, and you will be asked to log in to your account to verify.
To safeguard the integrity of the student record, and to protect students from identity theft, we require that students validate changes to certain data elements before they can be entered into the student system.
