Course Assistance and Development (CAD) Requests

Instructors can request help with building out and/or updating the contents of a course by submitting a Course Assistance and Development (CAD) request form. 

The form will ask for details related to your request. Select as many or as few options as needed, including the following:

• Adjusting dates
• Uploading a syllabus
• Adding or removing Submissions and/or Discussions
• Modifying the grade book
• Managing news items

There is also space to describe any additional changes needed.

Note: Course copy requests and quiz requests are handled on separate forms. See D2L Requests for more information.

CAD Form Dates

The tables below provide deadlines for completing a request. The turnaround time for a CAD request is two weeks. Requests submitted before the listed deadline will be completed prior to term start.

Note: Requests submitted after the deadline cannot be guaranteed by the start of the term. Requests are handled in the order in which they are received.
