Instructors can request help with updating the contents of a course by submitting a
Course Assistance request form.
The form will ask for details related to your request. There is space to describe any changes needed, which may include some of the following:
- Adjusting dates
- Uploading a syllabus
- Adding or removing Submissions and/or Discussions
- Modifying the grade book
- Managing news items
Note: Course copy requests and quiz requests are handled on separate forms. See
D2L Requests for more information.
The tables below provide deadlines for completing a request. The turnaround time for a course assistance request is two weeks. Requests submitted before the listed deadline will be completed prior to term start.
Note: Requests submitted after the deadline cannot be guaranteed by the start of the term. Requests are handled in the order in which they are received.
