DePaul University Center for Teaching & Learning > Instructional Design > DePaul Instructional Game and Innovation Lab
The DePaul Instructional Game & Innovation (DIGI) Lab is a new lab within the Center for Teaching and Learning that works with faculty and university partners to co-design games and simulations. After an initial consultation, a project development plan is created by DIGI & the collaborating instructional designer, reviewed by the collaborating faculty member or university partner, and then developed by the DIGI team.
If you're not sure what kind of game, simulation, or activity might fit your class, but you're curious to learn more, a DIGI designer can meet with you to brainstorm and come up with ideas. Conversely, if you already have an idea for a game or simulation, you can schedule a consultation to discuss how DIGI can work with you to create it.
This page will be updated soon to include examples of current and past projects. To see a wide array of example content,
request to be added to DIGI's D2L Showcase course.
