Application Fee: $130 (Non-refundable)

Other Required Fees 

Pre-Placement Test Fee: $60 

Textbooks: Approximately $250 per term (Students will purchase their textbooks at the bookstore on campus. The total cost for textbooks varies depending on their classes.)

Class Fees: Covers tuition for 4 ELA courses

Pre-Placement Test Fee: New students pay the testing fee through their Blue Demon Domain. 

Health Insurance: Cost of mandatory health insurance for all DePaul students

U-Pass: Discounted CTA rail and bus pass for full-time ELA students

Textbooks: ​Students buy their own books at the beginning of the term.

​Fall, Winter and Spring Per-course Tuition (AY 2025-2026): Some students may choose to enroll in ELA courses on a part-time basis. Tuition for one course is $1,100​, two courses $2,200, and three courses $3,300.

Summer Per-Course Tuition (AY 2025-2026): Some students may choose to enroll in ELA courses on a part-time basis. Tuition for one course is $1,025, two courses $2,050, and three courses $3,075.​
