The OGC oversees all of DePaul’s legal disputes, including lawsuits in state and federal courts and claims in governmental agencies. If you have information about a dispute that you believe might result in a lawsuit, please contact the OGC at (312) 362-8865.
Additionally, if someone arrives at your office and asks you to accept legal papers on behalf of DePaul, you should decline to accept the legal papers, direct the person to the OGC, and contact the OGC immediately.
