Enrollment Systems and Operations

Enrollment Systems and Operations (ESO) is responsible for the development, implementation and management of the technology infrastructure that makes student enrollment possible.

This includes managing systems that: communicate with prospective students, process applications for admission, handle hundreds of thousands of documents and match them to the right students, and maintain the data infrastructure to allow review and posting of transfer credit.  In addition, ESO works with DePaul’s Information Services to ensure the data contained in the system flows smoothly and accurately between and among PeopleSoft, EMAS, digital document imaging and online functions such as the SmartApp.

In addition, the staff in ESO ensures that data is kept secure by controlling access to sensitive information in the student record, only allowing access based on university policies and procedures.
