Dear Members of the University Community –
I am pleased to share that the Search Advisory Committee has selected three finalists for consideration to be the next president of DePaul University. The candidates have accepted our offer to move forward and will meet with the vetting committees representing all of the University's constituents including faculty, staff, students and senior administration in the coming weeks.
We currently plan for final interviews to conclude the week of April 4. The board expects to meet in late April to review the reports of the search and vetting committees with the goal of appointing the next president of DePaul University.
I would like to thank our partners at Isaacson Miller for all their diligence in sourcing the candidates for the committee to consider. I would also like to thank the members of the Search Advisory Committee for their time and valued input into this important process.
This search process has only confirmed DePaul's reputation as a premier institution of higher education, thanks to the commitment of our faculty and staff to our students. We look forward to the next stage of the search and to appointing our next president.
