All F-1 international students enrolled in courses at DePaul will automatically be enrolled in the ISO Student Health Insurance Plan.
- Automatic enrollment applies to all F-1 students with an I-20 program start date of 8/24/2015 and beyond.
- Charges will appear on your student account per quarter. Law students will have charges on their account per semester.
- If you already have a health insurance plan, you may qualify for a waiver. Please visit this webpage for instructions on how to submit a Waiver Request to waive your automatic enrollment privileges into the ISO Health Insurance Plan.
Immunization Requirements
DePaul requires that every student submit proof* that they have been immunized from specific diseases. *We also recommend that you bring a copy of your records with you as back-up in case you need to re-submit for any reason.
