Lincoln Park homeowners must reside within these boundaries to be considered eligible for the Neighborhood Parking Program:
There are a 300 permits available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a limit of one permit per household. Proof of residency is required at the time of registration (both walk-up and mail). A DePaul parking permit is required to park in all DePaul facilities. A DePaul access card is required for entrance to
the Clifton garage. A parking permit does not guarantee an available space in the parking facilities.
The Neighborhood Parking Program participants are eligible to park in the Student Surface lots P and L and the Clifton Parking Garage during these times:
Student Surface Lot L is located between Fullerton and Montana on Sheffield.
Student Surface Lot P is located on the north side of Fullerton east of the "L" tracks.
Clifton Parking Garage is located at 2330 N. Clifton, off West Fullerton avenue. It is across the street from the DePaul University Quad.
The above times are listed for September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022. These times are subject to change if necessary. Contact the DePaul University Parking Services office at 773-325-7275 for additional information.
The Clifton Parking Garage will be open to the public and Area Residents beginning September 1, 2021.
We will no longer be issuing physical “hang tags” for homeowners. Your license plate will serve as your campus-parking permit. You must have your access card to swipe in and out of the garage. Please make sure your vehicle is registered with the correct information prior to parking on campus.
A DePaul access card is required for entrance to the Clifton Parking Garage and will be given with the parking pass.
