The Neighborhood Parking Program allows eligible Lincoln Park residential neighbors to park on-campus during off-peak hours, free of charge during the academic year. The program was developed with the cooperation of the Transportation Committee, which is a community-university advisory committee coordinated by DePaul’s Office of Community & Government Relations. The program is limited to homeowners residing near the Lincoln Park campus, not the Loop.
