If you are interested in applying for the Neighborhood Parking Program, please follow the steps listed below and see the eligibility criteria on the regulations and guidelines pages. Your license plate will serve as your campus parking permit. A campus parking permit does not guarantee an available space in the parking facilities. Your vehicle must be registered with the correct information prior to parking in all DePaul facilities. A DePaul access card is required for entrance to the Clifton parking garage for those choosing to purchase regular 24/7 parking access.
Application
Eligible Lincoln Park homeowners may apply in-person annually by completing the following steps:

Fill out the application. First, you must complete the 2023-24 Area Resident Parking Permit Application. You are required to upload two forms of identification: proof of residency and a copy of your license.
- Make your payment. After you submit your application, if you are paying for the 24/7 Clifton parking, you must come to the parking office during office hours to make payment in-person. No appointment necessary. The office is currently open Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am-12:30 and 2pm-4:00.
