The Welcome Back Celebration is a gathering to welcome faculty & staff back to campus and kick-off the start of the 2024 - 2025 academic year. Faculty and staff are invited to an afternoon of music, fun, games and food hosted in Lincoln Park on the Quad.
The celebration will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024 immediately after Convocation from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. This event is open to DePaul faculty and staff only and all participants must provide a valid ID to attend.
Offices that support students or vital campus services should make plans for staffing during the event. Vice presidents, deans and directors will determine which departments must remain open and coordinate hours and staffing as necessary.
