Steering Committee
The Steering Committee provides overall leadership and coordination for implementing the Designing DePaul strategic plan. The committee brings together senior leaders to guide priorities, ensure alignment across initiatives, and monitor progress toward key goals. Working closely with the plan’s subcommittees, the group helps translate strategy into action while maintaining transparency and accountability across the university.

Subcommittees
Reporting to the steering committee, five strategic subcommittees composed of faculty and staff are charged with translating priorities into action, identifying measurable outcomes and advancing key areas of focus.
