This work aims to identify the most effective ways to attract and enroll domestic graduate students. The subcommittee is focused on establishing criteria to identify which graduate programs to invest in immediately, while simultaneously developing a roadmap for developing processes and resources most effectively over the long term. The team is exploring how DePaul could develop and use financial aid optimization and enrollment prediction tools to make our graduate programs more attractive to prospective students. This work will be turned into clear recommendations for leadership review.
