DePaul University is committed to fostering a culture of compliance and accountability that is consistent with its mission. To that end, members of the DePaul community, its staff, faculty and students are encouraged to report suspected wrong-doing.
The university has a number of policies and procedures to guide community members in reporting misconduct through a variety of reporting mechanisms. A misconduct reporting hotline and website, hosted by a third party vendor, are also available as a means of reporting misconduct in situations where a member of the university community fears reprisal, embarrassment, or for other reasons does not feel comfortable utilizing normal reporting channels. Reports of suspected misconduct may be made anonymously via both the toll-free number and the intake website:

The hotline is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year. It is a confidential reporting mechanism that may be used to report the following types of issues:

Confidential Consultation: Ombudsperson's Office
The Ombudsman is available to provide confidential, neutral and independent guidance on resolution of issues and complaints. Providing the Ombudsperson with information does not constitute official notice to the university of problems or policy violations.
