Dr. Stephanie D. Shipp is an executive strategist, transformational speaker, and trusted advisor with more than 30 years of leadership experience across globally recognized organizations, including Apple, Dell Technologies, and Salesforce. Throughout her career, she has led at the intersection of business transformation, organizational strategy, operations, leadership, and culture - helping organizations navigate complexity, strengthen performance, and create environments where people and business can thrive together.

Known professionally as DocFortitudeTM, Dr. Shipp is the founder of The Fortitude Factory LLC, where she partners with organizations and professionals to strengthen leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness. She is also the creator of the Power PIVOT FrameworkTM, a leadership and personal growth methodology designed to help individuals navigate periods of transition with greater clarity, confidence, alignment, and intention.

Across her corporate and entrepreneurial career, Dr. Shipp has been a catalyst for transformation, advising leaders and organizations on issues ranging from executive effectiveness and workplace culture to employee engagement, organizational change, and human-centered business practices. Her experience leading within complex global organizations brings a perspective grounded in both strategic rigor and a deep understanding of the role people, leadership, and culture play in sustained institutional success.

Dr. Shipp's commitment to leadership extends beyond the workplace. She believes strongly in the power of education, opportunity, and service to expand what is possible for individuals, organizations, and communities. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and The Austin (TX) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, organizations with longstanding commitments to service, education, and community impact.

A DePaul University alumna, Dr. Shipp earned her Doctorate in Business Administration from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. She also holds a Master of Arts in Business and Human Resources Development from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Johnson C. Smith University. She is also a FascinateTM IFC Certified Coach.

Dr. Shipp resides in the Austin, Texas, metropolitan area and continues to dedicate her leadership, experience, and voice to advancing organizations, developing leaders, and creating opportunities for people and communities to thrive.
