Dr. Anne Prisco

Dr. Anne Prisco became the sixth president of Holy Family University in July 2021, bringing more than three decades of experience in higher education leadership, research, and policy. She is focused on student success and economic mobility, and has strengthened Holy Family's enrollment and financial position while advancing its Catholic mission. Under her leadership, the University has expanded its academic offerings, increased research and grant activity, and achieved record-breaking enrollment growth ? contributing to Holy Family's 2025 Carnegie Classification as an "Opportunity College and University ? Higher Access, Higher Earnings." She has also expanded the University's campus in Bucks County and advanced new employer partnerships, reflected in a significant increase in annual economic impact.
Dr. Prisco previously served as the first lay president of Felician University and held leadership and faculty roles at Loyola Marymount University, St. John's University, Hunter College, and Lehman College (CUNY). She serves on the boards of the American Council on Education, the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities, and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Prisco holds a bachelor's degree with highest distinction from the University of Arizona, an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, and a Ph.D. in Economics and Education from Columbia University.
