Paula A. Price is an independent board director and strategic advisor with extensive business and financial experience, dedicated to coaching emerging leaders. She currently serves on the boards of four publicly traded companies, including Accenture (NYSE: ACN), Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY), Mondelez (NASDAQ: MDLZ), and Warner Bros. Discovery (NASDAQ: WBD). Price previously served on the boards of four other publicly traded companies, including Reddit (NYSE: RDDT) as its IPO Readiness Committee chair. She has chaired the Audit Committee at Accenture, Warner Bros. Discovery (current), Reddit, Davita, and Western Digital Corporation. Price serves on the boards of the Alvin Ailey Dance Company and Columbia Mailman School of Public Health and was formerly chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts.

Price was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Macy's Inc. (NYSE: M) until 2020. As CFO, she was a principal architect of Macy's transformation journey and, during the COVID-19 pandemic, led its financial restructuring including raising $4.5 billion to recapitalize and sustain the company. Since July 2018, Price has served as a Visiting Executive at Harvard Business School, after previously being a Senior Lecturer from 2014 to 2018.

Prior to Macy's and HBS, Price was EVP and CFO at Ahold USA, where she led Finance, Accounting, Strategy, Real Estate, and IT. She also played a key role in the $26 billion CVS/Caremark merger as Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at CVS Health (NYSE: CVS), and she held senior finance roles at JPMorgan Chase. Price began her career as an intern at Arthur Andersen & Co., later joining full-time to advise clients in the financial services, consumer packaged goods, and healthcare sectors. With a career spanning finance, general management, and strategy roles across industries and geographies, including New York, Boston, London, and Chicago, Price brings a wealth of experience to her board and advisory work.

Price earned a BSc in Accountancy from DePaul University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago. Additionally, she is a certified public accountant.

Price resides in Manhattan and Martha's Vineyard and is an oil painter.
