As Deloitte Global Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Stacy Janiak (DePaul University - Class of 1992) oversees businesses, strategy, and innovation, in pursuit of optimizing Deloitte's integrated strategy and market impact. Her scope encompasses Deloitte's most strategic global investments, including sustainability and generative AI. Stacy and her team of global business leaders strive to make an impact that matters for clients and create exceptional opportunities for Deloitte's people to grow and thrive.

Stacy also serves on the Deloitte Global Executive Committee and previously served on the Global Board of Directors.   

She is passionate about purpose-driven leadership, and mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders. Her forward-thinking thought leadership has been featured in prominent business publications such as Fortune, Forbes, and Fast Company.

In addition to serving on the DePaul Board of Trustees, Stacy is a board member of Boys & Girls Club of Chicago, Catalyst, and New Profit, a philanthropic organization committed to catalyzing the impact of social entrepreneurs who are expanding access and opportunity in America.

In 2024, Crain's Chicago Business recognized Stacy as a Notable Leader in Accounting, Consulting & Law. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the US and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Stacy and her family reside in Illinois, USA.
