Ms. Therese Fauerbach

Therese Fauerbach is the current Chair of The Northridge Group Board and Co-Founder and former CEO of the firm, a leading management consulting company specializing in customer experience, business transformation, and operational excellence. Under her leadership, Northridge has grown into a nationally recognized, women-owned consulting firm that has partnered with Fortune 100 companies for more than 25 years. In addition to her Northridge role, Therese serves on several boards, including DePaul University's Board of Trustees, The Cradle Foundation, and is a member of the Chicago Economic Club. She is also a former Board Chair of The Chicago Network. She holds a BA in Accounting from St. Norbert College, an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and studied International Management at Oxford University. She and her husband, Jim, have two adult children and a grandchild.
