Stacy Janiak (DePaul University - Class of 1992) is the Global Deputy Chief Executive Officer, responsible for driving performance across Deloitte's $67B network of approximately 460,000 professionals. She is a transformative leader committed to making an impact that matters for her clients, the people of Deloitte, and the communities in which she lives and serves. Stacy oversees businesses, strategy, innovation, and technology, in pursuit of optimizing Deloitte's integrated strategy and market impact. Her scope includes Deloitte's most strategic global investments, including sustainability and generative AI. In addition, Stacy serves on the Deloitte Global Executive Committee and previously served on the Global Board of Directors.  Throughout her 30+ year career with Deloitte, Stacy has held significant leadership roles, driving the firm's strategy with an emphasis on bold, integrated, digitally-enabled business solutions, services, and insights. In 2024, Crain's Chicago Business recognized Stacy as a Notable Leader in Accounting, Consulting & Law.  

She is passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders and is committed to advancing inclusive leadership in the workplace.

 

In addition to serving on the DePaul Board of Trustees, Stacy is a board member of Boys & Girls Club of Chicago, Catalyst, and New Profit, a venture philanthropy organization that backs breakthrough social entrepreneurs who are advancing equity and opportunity.
