Peter C. Argianas is the Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Gold Coast Bank.

Mr. Argianas graduated with honor from DePaul University in 1990, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree. As an Accounting major, he successfully passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Examination in 1990 and subsequently received his CPA license from the State of Illinois. Mr. Argianas remains a licensed CPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Illinois CPA Society.

Mr. Argianas' professional career started by working for a public accounting firm and then transitioned into bank supervision and regulation with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). During an accomplished ten-year tenure with the FDIC, he was appointed a commissioned examiner of financial institutions by the United States of America and earned multiple performance recognition awards.

With his background in accounting, tax and finance, Mr. Argianas built a private income tax and financial services practice. After resigning from the government he founded several successful companies, including Gold Coast Bank.  Gold Coast Bank is currently in its 18th year of operations and is a federally insured full-service depository institution offering a comprehensive range of loan and deposit products. 

Peter, his wife Michelle, and their children reside in Chicago near DePaul University's Lincoln Park campus.
