Jennifer W. Steans is the President and CEO of Financial Investments Corporation ("FIC"), where she oversees private equity investments and the Steans family office operations.  Ms. Steans' business affiliations include serving as Director of Valley National Bank, Catastrophe Solutions and past Chairman of USAmeribancorp, Inc.  She serves on the Advisory Boards for Carlyle Asia Growth Partners III, LP, Siena Capital Partners, and is a member of the Executive Committee of The Commercial Club of Chicago.

Ms. Steans actively helps lead a number of nonprofit entities, currently serving as Life Trustee and past Chairperson of the Ravinia Festival, Trustee of the Steans Family Foundation, the Phoenix Pact, Navy Pier, RUSH University Medical Center, DePaul University, the Civic Federation, IVCA, Kellogg Advisory Board, and YWCA of Evanston.

Ms. Steans holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics and a M.M. from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.  She was named as one of American Banker's 25 Most Powerful Women in Finance for 2013.
