Lucino Sotelo is an Executive Vice President and Special Advisor to the President of the Northern Trust Wealth Management business. Lucino is an accomplished inspirational leader with expertise in digital, marketing, eCommerce, data, and analytics to improve total customer experience and ensure the integrated commercial success of the organization.

Lucino has an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University in Accounting. 2022-2024 two-time recipient of the HITEC 100 Award - most influential U.S, Hispanic leaders in technology. Lucino was also recognized as one of the country's 2018 Top Latino Leaders by the National Diversity Council and 2015 Top Ten Lideres by Hispanic Executive Magazine.
Lucino lives in Chicago with his wife Maria, enjoyed coaching his son's baseball team and playing golf with his daughter.
