Dr. Stephanie D. Shipp is a 30+ year seasoned corporate executive with experience at top-tier companies like Apple, Dell Technologies, and Salesforce. Where she has excelled in roles spanning operations, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. She is currently the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Cytiva (a Danaher Company). Stephanie is a global champion, thought leader and a diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) transformationalist. She leverages her business acumen across distinct functions to drive positive change and foster inclusive cultures across organizations and employee resource groups (ERGs). Stephanie resides in the Austin Texas Metro-area where she also serves her community as an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc (a public service organization) and The Links Incorporate (an international, not-for-profit service corporation). She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from DePaul University. A Master of Arts in Business and Human Resources Development from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Johnson C. Smith University (an HBCU).
