Haydee Olinger is a Senior Advisor with BarkerGilmore and is widely recognized as an accomplished corporate legal executive and business operations thought leader. 

Before joining BarkerGilmore, Haydee spent more than three decades at McDonald's Corporation, most recently as Global Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, she had an impeccable track record of successfully developing and implementing a best-in-class compliance and ethics program. Additionally, her initiatives had global impact by increasing policy adherence, achieving operational consistency, and bolstering financial results. Before serving as Global Chief Compliance Officer, Haydee held several roles within the McDonald's legal department, including Division General Counsel of the Great Lakes Region, General Counsel of the Latin America Division, and Development Legal Team Director.

Frequently sought out for her industry expertise and leadership in ethics and compliance, Haydee has been quoted in industry publications such as Compliance Week, Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics quarterly publication and delivered presentations and speeches at various compliance and legal conferences including Dow Jones Global Compliance Symposium, American Bar Association 30th Annual Forum on Franchising, Corporate Wavelength Web Conference, and University of Illinois Lecture Series.

As a result of her many transformational legal and compliance initiatives, Haydee became a two-time recipient of Ethisphere Magazine's Attorneys Who Matter in Compliance and Ethics Award.  In addition, she was honored with the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers Glass Ceiling Buster Award. 

She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Transact Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ), a global leader in developing software-driven technology and printing solutions for high-growth markets and as a member of the. Board of Directors of The One Group Hospitality, Inc. (NASDAQ) a global hospitality company that develops and operates upscale and polished casual, high-energy restaurants and lounges and provides hospitality management services for hotels, casinos and other high-end venues both in the U.S. and internationally. She has also served on a variety of boards, including as Advisory Board member of the DePaul University Institute of Business and Professional Ethics, as well as the Illinois State Lottery Control Board, Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics/Healthcare Compliance Association, Resurrection High School, Chicago, IL and the National Hispana Leadership Institute.

Haydee earned her Bachelor of Science in Commerce from DePaul University, a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Master in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University.
