Mr. Demetrios Logothetis

Jim Logothetis is a Partner with Ernst & Young's Assurance Practice in the Atlanta office. He has 37 years of experience, 26 as a partner, providing audit and other services to a broad spectrum of both public and private companies. 

Throughout his career, Jim has served in a number of firm leadership positions. Previously, he served as Vice Chair of Global Accounts, Managing Partner Assurance and Advisory (Midwest Region), North American Leader for Ernst & Young's German Business Center, and as the Consumer & Industrial Products Sector Leader.

Jim currently serves as the Global Client Service Partner for The Coca-Cola Company engagement.  Jim has served as Global Client Service Partner for Chrysler Corporation, CNH Global N.V., Molex, Inc., Whirlpool, JohnsonDiversey, W.W. Grainger, Brunswick, Newell Rubbermaid, Harley-Davidson, Porsche N.A., and Premark Corp.  Jim has also led the global non-audit relationships with 3M and Sara Lee Corporation.

Jim's experience includes serving large global companies, public and private, with a focus on consumer products, retail, manufacturing, distribution, and automotive. Jim has also spent six years in Europe (based in Germany) serving as the Regional Coordinating Partner for several multinational companies.

Jim represented the firm on the "Midwest Tapestry Network," which consists of approximately 15 Audit Committee Chairs representing Global 500 companies based out of the Midwest.

Jim earned his BS degree in Accounting from DePaul University and his MBA in Accounting, Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago, Booth Graduate School of Business.

Jim is fluent in Greek and has a basic knowledge of German.
Jim has traveled to 40 countries primarily on business.

Jim is extensively involved in civic, community and educational organizations.  He currently serves on the Advisory Council of DePaul University Driehaus School of Business, the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees for the American College of Greece, the Board of Leadership 100, where he chairs the Audit Committee, the National Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, where he serves on the Audit Committee, and as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Hellenic American Academy, the largest Greek American school outside of New York.
