Marketing Services

University Branding & Marketing offers an expanded array of services for ​non-recruitment creative projects. Read below to learn more about and request these services and processes.

Marketing recommendations and client consultation. University Branding & Marketing will help determine the best strategies for reaching your target audience and getting your message across.

Project management. University Branding & Marketing develops timelines for your project and works with you to meet agreed-upon deadlines to make sure your project is completed on time. 

Graphic design and print services. University Branding & Marketing provides design options, gathers estimates from printing vendors and oversees the print process. These design services are free; you will be responsible for printing costs.

Vendor recommendations. University Branding & Marketing will recommend vendors for print-only jobs and promotional items that use the DePaul logo or signature. For items using the athletic logo, please contact Lindsay Martin, the Associate Athletic Director for Merchandise & Licensing.

To order stationery, please fill out the Intake Form.

For high-volume copying or mail services, contact Print and Mailing Services directly.

It’s important to give sufficient lead time to complete your project, and others in the queue, in a professional and timely manner. 

For large projects, allow at least 12 weeks from start to finish. 
  • Examples include brochures, newsletters and annual reports.
For smaller projects, allow at least 4-5 weeks from start to finish. 
  • Examples include event invitations, postcards, flyers, emails and landing pages.

Please complete the Project Intake Form to request assistance with your project. After submitting the form, your project will be put in queue (in order of receipt). A project manager will contact you with any questions regarding the information you have provided.

Print Vendor Recommendations

The following print vendors are regularly used by University Branding & Marketing. Although you are not required to use one of them, they:
  • Consistently provide good service
  • Are familiar with DePaul’s brand and processes
  • Already are in DePaul’s accounts-payable system

Promotional Vendor Recommendations

The following vendors are regularly used by University Branding & Marketing. Although you are not required to use one of them, they:

  • Consistently provide good service
  • Are familiar with DePaul’s brand and processes
  • Already are in DePaul’s accounts-payable system
If you are producing items with the DePaul logo or signature, you must contact University Branding & Marketing to ensure compliance with trademark requirements. Please request approved logo files and/or submit vendor art proofs by filling out the University Logo Request Form.
