Designing DePaul is the university’s strategic plan, providing the university with a shared framework to guide long-term planning and decision-making. Building on that framework, colleges, schools and administrative units have developed strategic plans outlining their priorities and focus areas. These plans reflect how each unit contributes to the university’s broader goals while addressing its unique opportunities and challenges.
