The Steering Committee provides overall leadership and coordination for implementing the Designing DePaul strategic plan. The committee brings together senior leaders to guide priorities, ensure alignment across initiatives, and monitor progress toward key goals. Working closely with the plan’s subcommittees, the group helps translate strategy into action while maintaining transparency and accountability across the university.
