Business Administration (School of Continuing and Professional Studies). The DePaul Admission Partnership Program (DAPP) is a transfer preparation program designed for students transferring from community colleges. Partner community colleges work with DePaul on reverse transfer and data sharing agreements to monitor student success in the program.
