The University Strategic Committees provides overall guidance, oversight, and alignment to advance the priorities outlined in Designing DePaul. Together, these groups help ensure implementation remains coordinated, transparent, and grounded in the needs of the university community.
Strategic Steering Committee
The University Strategic Steering Committee provides leadership and direction for implementing the Designing DePaul strategic plan and guides the work of the five strategic subcommittees to monitor progress toward key priorities.
Reporting to the steering committee, five strategic subcommittees composed of faculty, staff, and students are charged with translating those priorities into action, identifying measurable outcomes, and advancing key areas of focus.
