Our dining program is specifically designed to meet your expectations. By constantly adapting to keep up with the ever-changing trends in campus dining, we are able to offer a terrific mix of vegetarian, vegan, home-style cooked dishes as well as many ethnic options.
Each of the buildings listed below have dining options located inside. Locations are open to the DePaul community, including all on-campus residents in Lincoln Park and University Center residents with a Basic Plus or Standard Plus meal plan.
2250 N. Sheffield Avenue
If you need a pick-me-up before your next class, stop by our main on-campus cafe for a cup of Blue Demon Blend by local, award-winning Big Shoulders Coffee. Also serving snacks and fresh pastries, like Do-Rite Donuts.
All-you-care-to-eat dining with a variety of food stations, including salad bar, grill, international cuisine, dessert, and more. Those with allergies or dietary restrictions will find gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan-friendly options.

At Ray Meyer Fitness Center, The Bean has a juice bar that is known for smoothies made with all-natural products and real fruit. The Bean also offers fairly traded coffees, teas, espresso drinks, and signature lattes. They have a variety of hot and cold made-to-order sandwiches along with a grab-and-go case, stocked with wraps, salads, and pastas. They offer a healthy menu with vegan options and organic baked goods.

At the SAC location, The Bean has a wide variety of specialty espresso drinks made with organic espresso. Coffee is roasted and delivered in 24 hours at both locations. All the drinks are made to order. Here you will find a variety of sandwiches, wraps, salads, and pastas all made fresh daily. They also offer a healthy menu with vegan options and organic baked goods.

Blue Demon Dining at the DePaul Center is open to the DePaul community, including all on-campus residents in Lincoln Park and University Center residents with a Basic Plus or Standard Plus meal plan.1 E. Jackson Boulevard, 11th Floor
Go to the 11th Floor of DePaul Center and check out the different food stations Blue Demon Dining Hall has to offer—grill, salad bar, comfort food, pizza, and more! If you need something quick, stop by The Market featuring convenience items including chips, drinks, and prepackaged options for people on the go.
Only University Center residents may access dining within the building. For more information, including CAF and Market hours of operation and menus, visit the University Center dining website.
NOTE: University Center residents with the new Basic Plus or Standard Plus meal plan may choose to eat at University Center as well as dining on the Lincoln Park Campus and DePaul Center, 11th Floor (Loop).
Only residents of University Center may access dining within the building.
